順天堂大学では、中国国家留学基金管理委員会が実施する「国家建設高水準大学公費派遣研究生プログラム」の学位取得博士研究生として、順天堂大学大学院で学位（博士）取得を目的に留学を希望する中国人留学生向けに学費支援制度を実施しています。この支援制度は、順天堂大学国際交流委員会が認めた２０名（予定）を限度として中国人留学生に対して学費を支援します。
Juntendo University offers a scholarship program to support international students from China who wish to study at Juntendo Graduate School for the purpose of obtaining a doctoral degree as a doctoral research student and intend on applying to the Chinese Government Graduate Student Overseas Study Program Scholarship conducted by the Chinese Scholarships Council (CSC).

申請要項　Application Guidelines

１．募集課程 Eligible courses
（1）大学院医学研究科博士課程 ＜受入期間：48カ月（4年間）＞
Graduate School of Medicine Doctoral Program (acceptance period: 48 months [4 years])

２．入学時期 Start of Enrollment
　2022年4月 April 2022

３．募集人員 Intake
　大学全体で年間20名まで Up to 20 students a year for the whole university

４．申請資格 Eligibility for application
　以下の条件をすべて満たす者とします。
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions.

（1）CSCの「国家建設高水準大学公費派遣研究生プログラム」への申請資格を有し、「与日本順天堂大学合作奖学金」に奨学金申請を行う者。※CSCへの申請資格については、Web サイト(www.csc.edu.cn)を確認してください。
Applicants eligible to apply for the CSC's Chinese Government Graduate Student Overseas Study Project
*Please check your eligibility at CSC website (www.csc.edu.cn).

（2）入学を希望する本学研究科博士課程の入学資格を有する者
Applicants who meet the entry requirements of the doctoral program of the Juntendo University graduate school in which they wish to enroll

（3）希望する本学の指導教員から出願の許可を受けた者
Applicants who have received permission to apply from their desired Juntendo University academic advisor

（4）学業成績が優秀な者
Applicants with an excellent academic record

（5）本奨学金と他の奨学金の併給は認められないため、本制度に採用後は他の奨学金制度を利用できないことを理解している者
Applicants who understand that they will not be able to use other scholarship programs after being accepted under this program because this scholarship is not permitted to be used alongside other scholarships

５．申請書類 Application documents
　以下の申請書類はすべて日本語または英語で作成してください。
Please complete the following application documents in Japanese or English.

（1）申請書（別紙様式）

（2）推薦書（様式任意：レターヘッド付き）
Letter of recommendation (style is optional but a letterhead is required)

・推薦者は申請者が所属する（または所属した）大学の所属長または指導教員としてください。
　The recommender should be the head or academic advisor of the university to which the applicant belongs (or used to belong).

（3）履歴書（写真貼付）
　Resume (with photo)

（4）卒業（見込）証明書または修了（見込）証明書（写し）
Certificate of Graduation (prospected graduation) or Certificate of Completion (prospected completion) (or a copy thereof)

・医学、歯学、薬学または獣医学を履修する修業年限5年以上の課程を修了（見込）の者は、学部の卒業（見込）証明書を提出すること。
Applicants who have completed (or are prospected to complete) a program with a minimum of 5 years of study in medicine, dentistry, pharmacology, or veterinary medicine must submit a Certificate of Graduation (prospected graduation) from their undergraduate school.

・修士課程を修了（見込）の者は、学部と修士課程の両方の卒業（見込）証明書を提出すること。
Applicants who have completed (or are prospected to complete) a master's program must submit a Certificate of Graduation (prospected graduation) for both undergraduate and master's programs.

・学部卒業見込または修士課程修了見込で申請した者は、入学試験に合格後、大学院への入学手続きで、卒業証明書、修了証明書を提出していただきます。
Applicants who are prospected to graduate from an undergraduate program or complete a master’s program at the time of application must submit a Certificate of Graduation or Completion as part of the Graduate School enrollment procedures after passing the entrance examination.

（5）学位取得証明書（写し）
Degree certificate (copy)

・医学、歯学、薬学または獣医学を履修する修業年限5年以上の課程を修了（見込）の者は、学士の学位取得証明書を提出すること。
Applicants who have completed (or are prospected to complete) a program with a minimum of 5 years of study in medicine, dentistry, pharmacology, or veterinary medicine must submit an undergraduate’s degree certificate.

・修士課程を修了の者は、学士と修士の両方の学位取得証明書を提出すること。
Applicants who have completed a master's degree should submit degree certificates for both undergraduate and master's degrees.

（6）成績証明書（写し）
Academic transcript (copy)

・医学、歯学、薬学または獣医学を履修する修業年限5年以上の課程を修了（見込）の者は、学部の成績証明書を提出すること。
Applicants who have completed (or are prospected to complete) program with a minimum of 5 years of study in medicine, dentistry, pharmacology, or veterinary medicine must submit an academic transcript from their undergraduate school.

・修士課程を修了（見込）の者は、学部と修士課程の両方の成績証明書を提出すること。
Persons who have completed (or are prospected to complete) a master's program must submit academic transcripts for both undergraduate and master's programs.

（7）語学試験の公式スコアレポート（JLPT、TOEFL、TOEIC、IELTS）
Official score report for language tests (JLPT, TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)

（8）パスポートの写し
Copy of passport

注意事項 Notes
（4）（5）（6）の証明書が中国語でしか発行できない場合は、必ず翻訳文（英語または日本語）を作成し、中国国内にある各地方の公証処等の公的機関で翻訳公証印を受けてください。
If documents (4), (5), and (6) can only be issued in Chinese, applicants must prepare a translation (English or Japanese) and have it notarized at a public institution such as a local notary public office in China.

６．申請書類の提出方法 How to submit application documents
　申請書類をPDF形式に変換し、電子メール添付により順天堂大学国際交流センター（E-mail: juic@juntendo.ac.jp）に送ってください。
Please convert the application documents into PDF format and send them to Juntendo University International Center (e-mail: juic@juntendo.ac.jp) via email attachment.

• 件名に“【CSC-Scholarship：博士】名前、志望研究科”を記載してください。

Include "[CSC-Scholarship: Doctoral] Name, Graduate School you wish to enter" in the subject line.
