教育

　在宅看護学領域では、少子高齢化が進む現代日本において、疾病や障がいをもちながらも自らの意思決定に基づいた在宅療養移行と、自らが望む在宅療養生活を支えるための知識と技術を学びます。看護の対象となる人びとは地域で暮らし、治療を終えた後は、また住み慣れた地域へと戻っていきます。
在宅看護学は、住み慣れた地域で自分らしく暮らすための看護を学ぶ学問領域です。
この領域には、3名の先生が所属しています。
在宅看護学領域の授業と実習について、ご紹介しましょう。

• 地域・在宅看護論基礎：
  地域・在宅看護の対象と実践の場、地域・在宅看護の変遷、家族看護、在宅療養を支える制度について学びます。
• 地域・在宅看護方法論Ⅰ：
  医療機関から在宅へスムーズに移行するための入退院支援プロセスとその手法、地域と医療機関との連携について学びます。
• 地域・在宅看護方法論Ⅱ：
  在宅療養者の日常生活援助および 在宅での医療的ケアのスキルと看護展開の手法について学びます。
• 家族看護論：
  看護の対象は本人とその家族です。家族全体を視野に入れた各看護学領域における家族看護の方法論を学びます。
• 地域・在宅看護実習：
  医療機関から在宅へ移行するための入退院支援を地域医療連携室実習で学び、在宅療養を支える看護を訪問看護ステーション実習で学びます。
• 地域包括ケアと看護：
  地域全体を包括的にとらえて、各看護学領域での専門職連携実践と看護の役割を学びます。

研究

高齢者のフレイル早期発見に向けたAIアプリケーション開発（フレイル検診）と地域でのICTを利活用した連携システム（三島モデル）の研究や、地域包括ケアにおけるIPW（専門職連携実践）に関する研究、在宅で介護する家族の人生を支える家族介護者支援の研究、障がい児をもつ両親の役割とその促進に関する研究等に取り組んでいます。研究活動では、幅広いアプローチを通じて、看護学の新たな知見を追求します。
