順天堂大学では、中国国家留学基金管理委員会が実施する「国家建設高水準大学公費派遣研究生プログラム」に申請し、共同指導教育博士研究生として、順天堂大学大学院博士課程において、指導教員から研究指導を受けることを目的として留学を希望する中国人留学生向けに学費支援制度を実施しています。
Juntendo University offers a scholarship program to support international students from China who wish to study abroad for the purpose of being enrolled as a special research student in a doctoral program at Juntendo Graduate School and receiving research supervision from an academic advisor of Juntendo University and intend on applying to the Chinese Government Graduate Student Overseas Study Program Scholarship conducted by the Chinese Scholarships Council (CSC).

注意事項 Notes
このプログラムは、大学間交流協定、学部間交流協定等に基づき来学する学生に対するもので、本学大学院において研究指導を受けることができます。この制度では、研究期間終了後に順天堂大学から学位、単位等は与えられません。
This program enables international students who come to Juntendo University under an inter-university or inter-faculty exchange agreement to receive research guidance at Juntendo Graduate School. However, this program does not enable the student to earn any academic qualifications or credits from Juntendo University during the research period.

申請要項　Application Guidelines

１．募集課程 Eligible courses
（1）大学院医学研究科博士課程 ＜受入期間：6カ月から24カ月（2年間）＞
Graduate School of Medicine Doctoral Program (acceptance period: 6 months to 24 months [2 years])

２．入学時期 Start of Enrollment
　2022年10月 October 2022

３．募集人員 Intake
　大学全体で年間5名まで Up to 5 students a year for the whole university

４．申請資格 Eligibility for application
　以下の条件をすべて満たす者とします。
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions.

（1）CSCの「国家建設高水準大学公費派遣研究生プログラム」への申請資格を有し、「与日本順天堂大学合作奖学金」に奨学金申請を行う者。※CSCへの申請資格については、Web サイト(www.csc.edu.cn)を確認してください。
Applicants eligible to apply for the CSC's Chinese Government Graduate Student Overseas Study Project
*Pleases check your eligibility at CSC website (www.csc.edu.cn).

（2）中国の大学の大学院博士課程（後期）に在学中であって、現在の指導教員から本学への留学について推薦書を得ることができる者
Applicants currently enrolled in a doctoral program at a graduate school of a university in China who are able to obtain a letter of recommendation from their current academic advisor for study at Juntendo University.

（3）本学の大学院博士課程（後期）に特別研究学生として在籍し、本学の指導教員から研究指導を受けることを目的として留学を希望する者
Applicants who wishes to study abroad for the purpose of being enrolled as a special research student in a doctoral program at a graduate school of Juntendo University and receiving research supervision from an academic advisor of Juntendo University

（4）希望する本学の指導教員から受入れの許可を受けた者
Applicants who have received permission for acceptance from their desired Juntendo University academic advisor

（5）日本語または英語のいずれかの能力を有する者として以下のいずれかの語学基準を満たし、その証明書を提出できる者
Applicants who have either Japanese or English proficiency, meet one of the following language criteria, and are able to submit the certificate:
　① TOEFL iBT: 76点以上
　② IELTS: 6.0 以上
　③ TOEIC: 700 点以上
　④ JLPT: N3以上

５．申請書類 Application documents
　以下の申請書類はすべて日本語または英語で作成してください。
Please complete the following application documents in Japanese or English.

（1）申請書（別紙様式）

Research Fellowship Program Application

（2）推薦書（様式任意：レターヘッド付き）
Letter of recommendation (style is optional but a letterhead is required)

・推薦者は申請者が所属する大学の所属長または指導教員としてください。
　The recommender should be the head or academic advisor of the university to which the applicant belongs.
・推薦書には派遣期間を明記してください。
　Please specify the period of overseas study on the letter of recommendation

（3）履歴書（写真貼付）
Resume (with photo)

（4）所属大学の在学証明書（写し）
Certificate of enrollment of your university (copy)

（5）所属大学の成績証明書（写し）
Academic transcript from your university (copy)

・現在の所属大学の最新の成績証明書を提出してください。
Please submit the latest academic transcript of your current university.

（6）語学試験の公式スコアレポート（JLPT、TOEFL、TOEIC、IELTS）
Official score report for language tests (JLPT, TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)

（7）研究計画書
　Research plan

（8）パスポートの写し
Copy of passport

注意事項 Notes
（4）（5）の証明書が中国語でしか発行できない場合は、必ず翻訳文（英語または日本語）を作成し、中国国内にある各地方の公証処等の公的機関で翻訳公証印を受けてください。
If documents (4) and (5) can only be issued in Chinese, applicants must prepare a translation (English or Japanese) and have it notarized at a public institution such as a local notary public office in China.

６．申請書類の提出方法 How to submit application documents
　申請書類をPDF形式に変換し、電子メール添付により順天堂大学国際交流センター（E-mail: juic@juntendo.ac.jp）に送ってください。
Please convert the application documents into PDF format and send them to Juntendo University International Center (e-mail: juic@juntendo.ac.jp) via email attachment.

• 件名に“【CSC-Scholarship：共同指導】名前、志望研究科”を記載してください。

Include "[CSC-Scholarship: Special Research] Name, Graduate School you wish to enter" in the subject line.
