※2 Applications must be sent only by registered mail; in-person submissions are not accepted. See “11. Where to Submit Application Documents and Inquiries” for the mailing address. No applications will be accepted after the application period has ended.
※3 Results will be announced on the Graduate School of Health and Sports Science, Juntendo University’s website. Successful candidates will receive a notification of acceptance by mail together with information on enrollment procedures (documents will arrive the following day or later). Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries about results via telephone or other communication methods.
