学習・調査・研究をするうえで必要な資料や情報について調べるお手伝いをします。
学術メディアセンターの利用方法や資料の探し方、文献の検索方法が分からないときなど、お気軽にご相談ください。
学外の方からは、本学所蔵資料に関するご質問のみ受け付けます。

We provide assistance in locating materials and information necessary for your studies, investigations, and research.
Please feel free to consult us if you have any questions or need assistance with using JAMC, locating materials, or conducting literature searches.
Non-Juntendo members may inquire about JAMC holdings only.

• 文献のコピーの取り寄せ（文献複写）についてのお問い合わせは、bunken[at]juntendo.ac.jp（[at]を＠に変換してください）にお送りください。
• For inquiries regarding Interlibrary Loan, please e-mail us at bunken[at]juntendo.ac.jp (replace [at] with @).

以下のような事項についての問い合わせには応じておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

• 学習課題などの回答に関する調査
• 調査研究の代行
• 網羅的な文献目録の作成
• 文献の解読・注釈・翻訳・抜粋の作成
• 身上相談、法律相談、医療・投薬相談
• 合理的な検索手段のない資料や記事などの調査
• 個人のプライバシーにかかわる事項の調査
• そのほか、レファレンスサービスの範囲を超えると判断される質問

We do not handle inquiries regarding the following matters:

• Investigating answers related to assignments.
• Research and investigations on behalf of others.
• Compiling comprehensive bibliographies.
• Deciphering, annotating, translating, or extracting information from literature.
• Personal, legal, or medical consultations, including inquiries about medications.
• Investigating materials or articles for which reasonable searches are unavailable.
• Investigating matters related to personal privacy.
• Other inquiries deemed to be beyond the scope of our reference services.
