学術メディアセンターの利用方法や資料の探し方、文献の検索方法が分からないときなど、お気軽にご相談ください。
学外の方からは、本学所蔵資料に関するご質問のみ受け付けます。
We provide assistance in finding the materials and information necessary for your study, investigation, and research.
Please feel free to consult with us if you have any questions or need assistance with JAMC usage, finding materials, or searching for literature.
Non-Juntendo members can inquire about JAMC holdings only.

We do not handle inquiries regarding the following matters:
- Investigation of answers related to assignments.
- Research and investigation on behalf of others.
- Compiling an exhaustive bibliography.
- Deciphering, annotating, translating, or extracting information from literature.
- Personal, legal, and medical consultations, including medication inquiries.
- Investigation of materials or articles for which there are no reasonable search methods.
- Investigation of matters related to personal privacy.
- Other questions that are deemed beyond the scope of reference services.
