順天堂に所属のない方のご利用を再開します。
センチュリータワー1階にセキュリティゲートが設置され、入構の際に卒業生カードまたはQRコードが必要になりました。
2024年10月より、土曜日はご利用になれません。

We have resumed services for individuals who are not affiliated with Juntendo University. A security gate has been installed on the 1st floor of Century Tower, so a library card or QR code is required for entry.
Not available on Saturdays from 1 October 2024.

順天堂大学卒業生・修了生の方(Alumni)

本学卒業生・修了生・大学院単位取得満期退学済みの方は、卒業後・修了後も学術メディアセンターをご利用いただけます。
また、ご希望の方を対象に卒業生カードを発行しております。 有効なカードをお持ちでない方の来館には事前予約が必要です。
※卒業生カードの有効期限は、当該年度末（3月31日）です。次年度も継続して利用される場合は、更新手続きを行ってください。

All Juntendo University alumni and those who completed coursework without a degree at Juntendo University are welcome to visit JAMC.
Additionally, we issue an alumni card upon request. Advance reservations are required for those without a valid card.

If you wish to continue using JAMC in the next fiscal year, please apply for a renewal.

卒業生カードの発行(Alumni Card Issuance)

卒業生カードの発行を希望する方は、本郷・お茶の水キャンパス学術メディアセンターまたは卒業したキャンパスの学術メディアセンターで、発行申請の手続きを行ってください。
発行申請時にはお名前の確認ができる身分証をご提示ください。

• カードのお渡しは、翌平日の開館日です。開館時間内にお受け取りください。
• カードをお渡し後は、カードによる入館・貸出が可能となります。
• 有効期限は、当該年度末（3月31日）です。次年度も継続して利用される場合は、更新手続きを行ってください。
• 卒業年度のカード発行は、IC対応のネームプレート（学生証）を本学に返却した後に申請できます。ただし、卒業後に本学での進学・就職を予定されている方は、再度ネームプレートが発行されますので、そちらをご利用ください。

If you would like to obtain an alumni card, please submit your application at the Hongo-Ochanomizu campus or any other campus from which you graduated.
Please present official identification that confirms your name when applying for the JAMC card.

• The card will be available for pickup on the next business day during opening hours.
• After receiving the card, you will be able to access JAMC and borrow materials.
• The card is valid until the end of the current fiscal year (March 31). To continue using JAMC in the next fiscal year, please apply for renewal.
• You can apply for an alumni card for your graduation year after returning your IC-enabled nameplate (student ID card) to the university.
  If you are planning to attend graduate school or start working at Juntendo University, you do not need to apply for an alumni card. A new nameplate will be issued.

平成28年4月より、明治大学中央図書館と順天堂大学本郷・お茶の水キャンパス学術メディアセンター（図書館）との相互利用が始まりました。
明治大学の方は、相互利用協定のもと、ご利用になれます。

• 電子ジャーナル・電子書籍・データベース等はご利用になれません。
• 公立図書館等で利用できる資料は、そちらを優先してご利用ください。
• 順天堂大学 本郷・お茶の水キャンパス学術メディアセンターの資料をご利用になるには、事前に図書館を介した照会と紹介状が必要です。

1. センチュリータワー１階ゲートにQRコードをかざして入構する
2. AまたはBのエレベーターで９階に上がる
3. 学術メディアセンター閲覧カウンターで身分証を提示し、VISITORカードを受け取る

Hongo-Ochanomizu Campus Academic Media Center is located on the 9th floor of Century Tower.

2. Take elevator A or B to the 9th floor.
